The practical side

More time for clinical work.

You focus on assessment, clinical decisions and reporting. We take care of appointment coordination through our own platform, Conker Health.

  1. Share your availability

Add one-off dates or recurring availability in Conker.

  2. Choose your Sheffield base

Work from our Neepsend or Sharrow location.

  3. We organise the appointments

We match suitable work and handle patient contact, appointment booking and routine appointment administration.

Supported clinical practice

A clinical team around you.

For both employees and associates:

  • Clinical oversight and access to our multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Case discussion and advice from colleagues.
  • Supervision matched to your role and experience.

We agree supervision arrangements and how to access clinical advice or raise a concern during onboarding.

What you'll bring

  • Relevant qualifications, current registration and post-qualification experience.
  • ADHD or autism assessment experience with the age groups you'll see.
  • Skills in developmental histories, assessment tools, reports and feedback.
  • Safeguarding experience and collaborative working.

Roles reflect demonstrated competence. Training in an individual assessment tool does not, on its own, establish readiness for independent diagnostic work.

Agree terms, clinical responsibilities and an onboarding plan.
